This privacy policy (this “Policy”) describes the collection of personal information by Digin Technologies Private Limited (“Company, We, Us”) a Company incorporated in India under Companies Act, 1956 from Buyer (user registered for the purpose of buying Products and availing Services using Digin as platform for the transaction ) and Vendor or Seller (user selling various goods/ products and services using Digin as platform for the transaction) [Buyer and Seller are collectively or separately designated as “You/User”] on www.digin.in and its Smartphone App i.e., the Web Portal and/or App, as well as all related applications, products, goods, widgets, software, tools, and other services provided by us and on which a link to this Policy is displayed (collectively “Service”). This Policy also describes our use and disclosure of such information. By using our Service or browsing of the Web Portal and/or App or use of the Web Portal and/or App in any form or installation of App, you provide your express and unconditional consent to the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information in accordance with this Policy. This Policy is incorporated by reference into the Digin Terms and conditions for the Web Portal and/or App.

1.Personal Information:

The information used by the App as an essential requirement for the purpose of registration or further transactions which specifically identifies an individual, such as an individual's name, age, gender, address, telephone number, residential Address, Business details or email address is termed as “Personal Information”. Personal information excludes non-personally identifiable information. All rest of the information about the specification of product or services shall be termed as “General Information”

2.Collection of Information:

We collect information from our users in any or all or combination of some of the following ways:

2.1 User Accounts: Our App provides you the facility to register for a Digin account or to create an account on the applicable Service. If we offer user account functionality on the Service, we will collect the Personal Information that you provide to us in the course of registering for an account or updating your account. This information may include, for example, name, email address, zip code, country, and related demographic information about you, your contact details, residential address, etc. We may indicate that some Personal Information is required for you to register for the account, while some may be optional.

2.2 List Information. When you use our Service, we collect information about the lists you create and the content you include on these lists.

2.3 Sale Information. When you use our Service, we collect information about Sales and the place of delivery of product order or services.

2.4 Email Newsletters: We may offer email newsletters from time to time on our Service. If you sign up to receive a newsletter from us, we collect your email address.

2.5 Contact Number: We may offer short messaging services (SMS) or any other form of messes on your registered account/User ID for which we can collect and use your Contact details.

2.6 Assimilated Services: You may be given the option to access or register for the Service through the use of your user names and passwords for certain services provided by third parties (each an “Assimilated Service”), such as through the use of your Facebook credentials through Facebook Connect or your Google credentials through Google+. By doing this, you provide express consent and authorize us to access and store the credentials you provide, such as your name, email address(es), age range, gender, country, profile picture, language, friend list and other information that the Assimilated Service makes available to us, and to use and disclose it in accordance with this Policy.. Please review each terms and privacy policies carefully before connecting to our Service.

2.7 Communication: : If you reach to us by email, using a contact form on the Service, or by mail, fax, or other means, we collect the information contained within, and associated with, your correspondence.

2.8 Communicating and sharing Features: Our Service may contain communicating and sharing functionality that allows you to connect with other users on the Service, share your lists and other content, participate in surveys, and otherwise to interact with the Service and with other users. If you use any Communicating and sharing Features on our Service that requests or permits you to provide us with Personal Information we collect the information that you provide to us in the course of using these interactive features.

2.9 Location Information: When you use our Apps, we may collect information about the location of your mobile device such as your country, latitude, longitude and what stores, retailers or other merchants are physically near the location of your mobile device. Your device’s operating system may give you the option of enabling or disabling the collection of certain location information at any time through your mobile device.

3.1 to enhance, improve, operate and maintain our services

3.2 to contact you regarding products, services and offers both from our end, seller and from third parties that may seem interesting to you

4. Disclosure of Your Information:

We respect your privacy and taking care that except as described in this Policy, we will not disclose your Personal Information that we collect on the Service to third parties without your consent. We may disclose information to third parties if you consent to us doing so, as well as in the following circumstances:

4.4 Access: we may offer you the option to create user account on our App, and you may have the option to access and update certain Personal Information that is provided by you by logging to your account.

5. Security and Privacy Covenants By Buyer:

We respect your privacy and taking care that except as described in this Policy, we will not disclose your Personal Information that we collect on the Service to third parties without your consent. We may disclose information to third parties if you consent to us doing so, as well as in the following circumstances:

5.1. The Buyer shall provide correct and updated personal information requested/ required for the purpose creating user account at Digin and continue as live user and transacting with registered sellers;

5.2. Buyer shall not use fake/ outdated/ ambiguous information to become registered user of Digin;

5.3. Buyer is under obligation not to circulate the information/ offers/ advertisements published at Digin, unless otherwise it is expressly consented/ permitted by Seller of the product or services;

5.4. Buyer shall not share any of the login credentials of Digin with anyone.

5.5. Upon placing of request for the deletion/ discarding of your account we may do so via email or otherwise within reasonable time period, but we may need to retain some of your records and information in order to satisfy legal obligations and for legitimate reasons.

5.6. We may use security measures to help protect information from accidental loss, disclosure, misuse, and destruction. These measures may include regular review of our system logs, data encryption, and security software on our networks and servers. Please be aware, however, that no data security measures can be guaranteed to be completely effective. Consequently, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information that you provide to us. You transmit information to us at your own risk.

6. Updates to this Policy:

We may occasionally update this policy. You continued use of the App, accessing, browsing or using the App in any form will be considered as your express consent to the updates and you will be governed by latest updated policy.
